Miami, FL, Is Still Affordable

Miami, Florida, is known for its warm weather, beaches, and nightlife. This is the third most popular city in the eastern United States and the seventh-largest in the country. Miami is affordable, with a cost of living about 14% higher than the national average but still relatively affordable. Florida's no state income tax allows residents to buy things at a reasonable price, and housing prices and apartment rentals can be affordable depending on the area. Before moving to Miami, it is recommended that residents make up to $77,000 a year to live comfortably. Being bilingual is an advantage for Miami residents, as most of the population is originally from Spanish-speaking countries.

Michael Trillo, a 20-year-old man, has been arrested for an illegal intersection takeover in Northwest Miami-Dade, Florida. Trillo was captured after a cellphone video was shared on social media, showing him firing over a dozen shots into a crowd during a chaotic scene. The video showed a white Dodge Challenger doing donuts in the intersection, striking a parked vehicle, causing panic and chaos among the spectators. Trillo was seen brandishing a firearm and discharging multiple rounds at the Dodge, striking various people inside the car and a spectator. The injured victims ranged in age from 19 to 20.
